Unfortunately, the corporation they work for makes a regular business of unethical practices and charges usurious fees. All the customer service in the world can't make up for getting ripped off, especially when one's identity has been stolen - especially when that theft occurred as a consequence of a "merchant data breach" of the bank's customer files and sensitive information.By Hope Lanza, October 20, 2016
