- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not entirely sure why San Diego keeps naming this "bank" cause they shouldn't call themselves a credit union, best place to bank for 17 years. This has to be a joke. I have been in Credit Unions for 5 years, and this is not a credit union. Not customer/member friendly staff, Old archaic ways, charges fees like crazy, not helpful when you ask for a simple request, never sent chip debit cards after 2 requests, can't call number to talk to someone cause you are on hold forever. Can't go into a branch because you wait a long time and then the person that helps you is useless. They take your money, then act simple stupid about why they cant fix what they took.
