  I cannot say enough good things about Carl Burger Dodge. As a business owner, we have had the opportunity to deal with many different car salesmen, and I have to say, hands down, Carl Burger has been the absolute best. This is the third new vehicle purchase that we have made, and from the General Manager, Kyle Nyswonger, to our salesman, Brian, they have been great to deal with. When we had a problem with a very new 2017 Dodge Ram one ton pick up that we had just purchased, they really went the extra mile to make sure that the problem (not their problem, the manufacturer), was fixed immediately, and got us on our way within a couple of hours. This is not the first time they have exhibited such professionalism, and as such, I will buy as many Chrysler products as I can from them. All new cars have issues, as do most mechanical things, it is to be expected. The difference is how when they break, and they will, the dealer handles the problem. Carl Burger is so wonderful at helping out, from David Garcia in service, to Kyle being the General Manager, we highly recommend this dealership, and will be buying vehicles there for many years to come!

  I would give 0 stars if I was able too Bought my car at Carl Burger and had an awesome experience with the sales department and thought my experience with the service department would be the same.....I couldn't have been more wrong. I made an appointment and brought it in for a clunking noise that occurred every time I applied the brake. They had my car for 2 days and said they fixed the problem and the brake pad just needed to be lubed up because it was rubbing against the brake caliper. Picked up my car (which was filthy dirty!) and within a day it was making the exact same noise. Called and said I was disappointed my car was dirty and the problem was not fixed. Made another appointment, which is a joke, and had to wait in a line of cars for an hour! Then had to wait another hour for a rental car. The service advisor called me the next day and told me they could not duplicate the problem and did not hear a noise and said I would need to come in the next day and do a ride a long with them. Came down and did a ride along and guess what, myself, the advisor, and the tech all heard the noise, more than once! I was furious. The service advisor Frank acted like he didn't care and said make an appointment and bring it again next week. Really!? No thanks. I'll take it to another Dodge service center that actually listens and knows how to fix the issue. Don't waste your time here.

  Good service when buying; terrible service after. I leased a Dodge Challenger 2017 on June 2017, and in only 3 months my gear got messed up. I took the car to service department and they said they will fix it for me. 3 days later, I went to pick up the car as it should be fixed. The gear got even worse and my computer got messed up too. My reverse camera will pop up on drive mode and even park mode. So I took it again to them and got a rental car that they charged me 73 dollars a day for it. Now the car is still messed up and I'm making payments for a really dangerous car to drive. I'm really disappointed and I have much more bad things to say but to be short I'm really regretting getting the car from there. I was going to be involved in an accident today because of the gear, it pulls the car forward out of my control.
